To begin the application process, please start with the Online Enrollment Form and continue with each of the links thereafter. Once the application is received, a follow up call will be made to set a phone appointment to speak with an UPVA school official. There will also be additional documentation required to complete the enrollment process that will be emailed/mailed after the initial phone consultation. If you are enrolling multiple students, you must complete the application in full for each student. If your student is an elementary or middle school student, please answer the questions on the Online Course Readiness Survey with them to make sure the questions are understood. The parent(s) should also read along with the student on the Student Agreement Form.
